Fraud. This is a scam call from a guy called Harry Wilson with an Indian accent who said he was from Virgin Media. He wanted to speed up my internet as I had called VM this week to book a technician. I smelled a rat when he asked what was connected to my WiFi as they can see that. Reported to VM. They did not call me.
