This bunch of "rude words" (keeping it clean for the website) are a complete and utter pain in the bum! They have rung 18 times today alone asking for "Susan"! There is no-one called "Susan" and the only "Susan" I know is my cousin who has lived abroad since she was 2 (certainly hasn t lived in our house!).
