This number was used by a male purporting to be from the Halifax building society querying a £900 transaction (false) wishing to use her keypad to enter login details. On my intrusion the line went dead and became inactive
Fraud SCAM - yet another call re supposed £ 300 DR to my Visa CR card - ex China
Silence and hung up. Probably malicious.
SCAM!! Called saying someone was trying to buy an iPhone on my account. They sent me an Amazon authentication code and wanted me to tell them what it was! I think this is so they could gain access to my account. Very scary they could do this. I have now changed my Amazon login details!

SCAM "Kevin" from BT wanting to check internet speeds. Yeah right!
An automated message claimed to be from (non specific) card provider and there were 2 suspicious charges from Amazon. It cut off before end of message but was typical phishing call.

Safe number - Boots Opticians calling with appointment reminder and what to do and bring
Daniel Bennett - Claiming to be from BT local business - saying our contract was expired, but we just renewed it, and said payment data but didnt line up with our bank statement at all. I was cautious. He didn't seem to mind I put the phone down so guessing it wasn't important I spoke to him!
