As aggressive telemarketing, fraud, etc. calls are made from number with such prefix. it should be easier for law enforcement agents to find who is behind that annoying and illegal(?) calls. SCAM RECORDED MESSAGE SAYING MY NATIONAL INSURANCE NUMBER IS GOING TO BE WITHDRAWN BECAUSE IT IS BEING USED ILLEGALLY. UNLESS I RESPOND BY PRESSING A NUMBER IMMEDIATELY I WOULD BE ARRESTED. I WOULD CONSIDER THIS TO BE FRAUD/SCAM AND THREATENING THEREFORE DANGEROUS
