Refused to say who he was or what company he was from or why he was calling - just wanted to know my name. Very dodgy.

SCAM / SPAM - 'phoned about the car accident I was supposed to have been involved in - ironic since I was driving at the time (in my accident free car) and could have done without the interruption (hands free call I should add).
Automated call saying two unusual payments form my account (did not say which account!!). Told to press 1 to approve payments or 2 to speak to someone. I hung up and blocked the number.
Spam with the usual HMRC threats of court action. My cellphone is on the do not call list at teh TPS - but makes no difference. These con artists still call all numbers on the TPS lists
Asian man, constantly asks for miss maxine smith, I ve repeatedly said wrong number, today he s called me a liar and that I was miss smith.
