This is a mobile number, supposedly from Natwest Fraud department. Its a scam. The map linked to this shows an area south of Glasgow, but marked Moscow.
Said it's admiral and wanted to send me documents for personal compensation about accident I had with person insured by them. Money from admiral department to give me as their customer caused the accident!! WTF?! And then he said wrong car model so it's a scam!!

Answered, the chap had a thick russian accent and they asked me if i spoke Russian, when i said no they hung up
SPAM did not answer, don't know the number must be spam.
Called twice. They did not leave a message. When you call back all you get in an answer phone playing music, with no message.

The caller said that they were from the National Grid and needed to change my meter. Apparently it is malfunctioning. This is a prelude to trying to get my bank details I thin; I didn't hold on for long enough to find out.
