Received a call and when answered, there was no sound on the other end. I called back and hears very loud white noise, similar to someone blowing extremely hard down the phone line

Silent call received from 07943011564: I received a call from this number just now. I didn't answer and within seconds, the caller hung up. It could have been a scam or a nuisance caller, I'm not sure, but it's the second of these that I've received today. Phoned the number back and the 'phone is switched off.

SPAM CALLER
Keep calling few times a day almost every day. Most of the time I did not answer as I was abroad and did not want to pay extra. Once or twice I replayed and there was nobody at the end of line or they just hang out.
I was told that money I had invested had increased to £2,000, I asked for a cheque in payment and told they cant do that, at this point I hung up.
