They called I answered, they hung up and when I attempted to call back the phone went dead. Several attempts were made to return there call as I am very security aware. However as no msg or call was made to my house I assume its a PPI or cold calling scam. I will retract any commets if I find they are untrue for now my view is dont bother to answer.

After a "bad" day we get these types of call. Aged 88 and 86, it is a thorough nuisance.
My wife answered. Foreign male called asking to speak to XXX. No security questions asked. Claimed he was from Microsoft. When told we were on TPS, he became argumentative. He clearly hadn't heard of TPS. When asked to remove our details from their database he became aggressive and said he would disconnect our phone at our address. He knew our address because he read it out! He then put the phone down when I said in the background we were connecting to the police.

This number called me but did not leave a message, it is similar to 2 other numbers that called purporting to be HMRC about an arrest warrant issued against me for none payment of income tax !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What a joke !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Claiming to be HMRC and asking for money to prevent the warrant for my arrest. Put the phone down when I asked them who they were.
