Called myself and a colleague in quick succession. Said I was entitled to compensation for working in the industry. When I asked which industry she said manufacturing . Told her I d never worked in that sector and to remove my name/number from her list.

It seems all of these kind of unsolicited messages are not above board. It s likely if you respond, it will not only potentially pull you into a cost trap

Totally cold call, a women was asking all sorts of questions about my pension arrangements. I have no idea why they contacted me apart from fishing for details.

Called me and hung up immediately the ansaphone cut in. Tried calling them back but got a message that the number dialled had not been recognised. I suspect that it s a Skype type call from a foreign country - they usually come up with a number that looks like a uk STD code but could be from anywhere in the world.

Unsolicited call, when I tried to call back it stated inbound so don't have the companies name.

This number keeps calling my mobile, I have no idea who it is.

This number called me yesterday. I didn't recognise it so I left it to ring off. They didn't leave a message.

As Steve has said, it s a scam, do not call them back either. BLOCK.

This UK number called our home ph in Ireland, 3rd June 2021. As soon as I picked up, they hung up. Ever since one online trading firm got our number in Sep 2019, a multitude of competing online trading firms have been spam-calling us, and the harassment has become intense since April 20121. They either hang up when we pick up, or when they do talk and we say we're not interested and ask to be removed from their company's call sheet, they call again, daily, weekly. And they keep switching ph number.

This number is an agency which runs lifeline fobs for the elderly, the agency called to say my mums alarm was going off and alerted me as they could not contact her. Genuine number
