Spam HMRC telling me I paid too much tax in 2018 - 19, problem being I don t pay UK tax.

Called about 10 times in 2 days eventually answered. They are claiming to be ee asking me to change my contract to them i said im already on ee they hung up. Blocked!

Tried to get me to admit my name and wanted to help with my computer that had been "sending signals" of errors. I asked how they could know that as I have no computer. ( A lie but then they lied) He hung up. Don t be fooled just hang up the phone!

They call twice a day, but when I pick up the phone it goes to dialling tone. I am really getting annoyed!

This is an affiliated number belonging to a set redirected through a Company called Nexbridge Communications Ltd. They re a bunch of prats with nothing better to do than flog any old crap for clients and their call redirection service will show different locations where the call came from. They need debt advice themselves as their Directors are in debt up to their eyeballs! I received a call from this number at 16:55 to tell me that the government owed me over ?4k I gave no bank details and when I asked what company they were calling from I was told it was a dept of the UK Government. I was also given ref no.RB51. I was told to call back in 5 mins to speak to a manager who would explain further and send me my cheque. If it was the UK Government surely they would write to people!!!

Said it was Amazon prime and our annual renewal was due. Press 1 to speak to an agent. Our prime expires Feb 2022. I put the phone down. This is a scam.
