Had 2 calls, including on my mobile after purchasing an electrical appliance. Thankfully I had read the earlier reviews and ignored the calls. As others have said, went with Boots as they normally have good customer service, but for this they should be ashamed of themselves & disassociate themselves from this company/practice. Severn Trent automated call. Called four times. Didn't leave a message, but when I answered an automated voice asked me to press 1 on my phone. I did not do this. I only found out that it was Seven Trent via Twitter. They then told me (four days later) that there had been a temporary drop in water pressure. Why didn't they simply leave a message?
