This number should be a landline somewhere from Glasgow, I was not able to found any ratings for this number somewhere on internet, does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck.
This number is Ips who work in conjection with the co op car insurance who I'm with doing a follow up call about the accident I was in last month to see if my insurance provided the correct service and if I was happy with the service I was provided.

Called with message about unauthorized payment from my debit card, if it wasn't you press 1. I did out of interest. Spoke with a man with Indian accent. He knew my name and surname which is highly unnerving. He said a payment of £900 and something pounds had been taken from my debit card. I replied "oh no, it wasn't me, can you help me?". He said yes, he needed some information. I asked which bank debit card? He said Amazon then hung up. Seriously!

SCAM. Initial silence then a voice saying that like most people in the last 10 to 20 years I probably had fibreglass loft insulation on a government scheme and now had damp and mould. He wanted to arrange a loft survey. I said I had no loft insulation and could check my own loft but he carried on. When I asked, he said he worked for “...the Insulation Advisory Line in Reading.” When I queried who had asked them to undertake a survey the call ended.
