This is an affiliated number belonging to a set redirected through a Company called Nexbridge Communications Ltd. They re a bunch of prats with nothing better to do than flog any old crap for clients and their call redirection service will show different locations where the call came from. They need debt advice themselves as their Directors are in debt up to their eyeballs! The phone was silent when I answered it. Worryingly I was unable to make any outgoing or incoming (from my mobile) calls for about an hour after. I don t know if this was a result of that call. After an hour normal service was resumed and I traced the number using 1471.

My parents, both in their 80 s, have been receiving calls from this number. Often early in the morning and in close succession, there is silence, giggling, but no communication - very disconcerting for them. Since neither of them are in great physical form, it is extremely worrying that these nuisance calls are causing them great discomfort. What can be done about it?

Won t stop phoning me. Was polite the first 7 times, and asked to be taken off their database. When the 8th call came today I told them I was f*cked off and the guy asked if there was an adult there he could speak to. Absolute arsehole. Pond life.

Got this call today, pension, under 60, £1,000 blad blad blad, total scam and I just hung up, checked the map where the call might come from and it shows a street called Lloyd St. in Manchester, near, in or beside a pub called the Old nags head.

usual pakistani,muslim sounding scammer claiming to be from solicitors. for some reason he didnt take too kindly to the barrage of verbal abuse from me and eventually took the hint after calling back 5 times in rapid succession for more of the same treatment. sometimes its just nice to be able to unload your abuse at someone who cant complain about you. :)

Nobody there when answered, rang them back and just got recorded message saying "goodbye"
