Just received call no explanation

Don?t answer if you can?t pay! Spent all my money in Iceland and they still expect me to pay but I?m busy munching cake and frozen lobster. It is a genuine call but for all the wrong reasons.

they knew my name. Called and said they were informed that I had a car accident recently which of course I did not. How do they know my name?

A bunch of accident chasing so called injury claim specialists touting for business. The call starts "about your accident"! What accident? I have never had one! Missed a call from them on BOTH my phones. Attempted to call back incase it was network provider office calling and it connects whilst ringing. So effectively we getting charged god knows how much if calling back. DONT CALL BACK!!

Claimed to be from "Alba Services", saying that "money has been allocated" for improving energy efficiency in homes. Told me that they got the phone number from a "homeowner database" but wouldn t give any further info. It must be a crap database as this is a newsagents shop.... Chancing scammers.
