They have a nice website, but never answer the phone or email, so certainly can t provide any service for their appliances. How this has been given a safe rating is beyond me!! Claim they are from O2 and send a code and then ask for it. They will then proceed to send you a phone by mistake and ring you back in a panic and say they sent it to you by mistake and can you send it back to them. Just hang up!!

I had a call from this as well. I did answer and they asked for my husband. I said they had the wrong number and put the phone down but it was an indian sounding man so obviously a foreign call centre. Dont ring them back even if you get through as sometimes you may get charged for the call.
