Here they did gain access and I sat back to watch the mouse pointer open and close multiple files etc. Much file info was Transfered and after sometime they phoned again to ask if the PC now worked faster,,,,Answer was, "NO". A 'foreigner' from this number (020 7905 2112) called my elderly parents today saying their nuisance call protection would expire tomorrow. Mum rang me in a panic so I logged on to their BT account and they are still protected from nuisance calls. These unnecessary spam callers need to be stopped.
