Picked up and I just heard heavy breathing. Don t know if it s a prank or what. But I had to hang up in the end.
This is a total scam and very dangerous. The caller claims to be from the ministry of justice. He is heavily accented but claims to have a British name . Ignore. This is the second time they have tried but each time form a different London based number.
