Just received a very aggressive call from this number to my mothers house she is 90 and hung up the first time because she could hear. I answered second time when they rang back and was shouted at why do you hand up. They then demand to return box? herself within 3 working days to an address I didn't even catch they introduced themselves as being from Microsoft this call would have scared my mother had she taken it. Lady with English accent saying she was an energy advisor for my area, calling from an "energy hub" (whatetever that might be). When I managed to stop her (clearly reading from a script) I aksed her precisely what organisation she was calling from. She went silent and hung up.
the caller ID on my mobile said 'Design AV Europe' I have no idea who they are or why they would be calling me. I have hearing problems so don't answer calls I don't know. They never left a message. When I checked the name online it came up as a company in Cheltenham over 120 miles away from me.

This is a scam. Automatic woman's voice says your Amazon Prime has expired and to rejoin to pay £95.00 She says to press 1 to rejoin, or 2 for customer services. As I do not use Amazon this made me aware it's a scam and terminated the call and dialled 147 to find this Bournemouth number had registered as the caller.
