When I asked to have my details removed the guy got quite defensive and said ‘I am not forcing you’ so I replied that greats so you could remove my details or mark me as opted out. I have been called 3 times in the last week and have no idea who it is as they never leave a voicemail if i let it ring out.

Really nasty, threatening scam from this number. The message said HMRC had a tax fraud case listed against my name and I should press 1 to connect to the HMRC investigating officer to discuss the case.
