Had several calls that I let ring out. Only answered so they d stop calling. Guy, said he was a representative of EE offering me deals. Lot of noise in the background, he got interrupted by something chiming very loudly. Listened to his spiel and politely explained I wasn t interested and took it well, until I mentioned that I couldn t afford one of the products he was offering that I was actually interested in and he rather rudely told me I should get a better paid job. ppi calling gave me false details tellig me they calling on behalf of company i am using to help with my claim total bull they then sent me out new forms so they can take claim aswell on your behalf phoned my company they knew nothing of these ppl , i have told them numerous times to stop calling they dont

This number called and an automated voice asked me to confirm if my name was Nicolson (it isn t) when I clicked option 2 to speak to someone to update their records I got another repeating automated voice telling me the lines were busy and that they were calling on behalf of a company called Dorkies in Hardengreen. Hardengreen is about 10 miles from me. I did a Google search while listening to this automated message and couldn t find any company with that name or similar and hung up assuming it s a scam.

Calls are reputedly from Verizon Global in Reading trying to solicit insurance claim-related business. Just rang off after a few seconds!

Did not answer as number unknown. Tried to phone back but invalid number. Obviously this person/company up to no good.

I am fed up of these people calling me even though I have asked them to remove my number. I used their service once a long time back and I m getting calls many months later. I ve now got them blocked.

This number is being used by people who purport to have spoken to you and insist that you have participated in an advertising campaign on this occasion it was to do with police and schools. Completely untrue so please beware. When quizzed they put the phone down

Called Telegraph Sales team and got them to manually remove my number - we ll see if that works - but imagine if we all did that ? Brilliant. It s 0800 33 20 20

Called twice a day for last week....I answered this time and asked caller why he had not left message on answer machine as he was obviously needing to speak to me...he promptly hung up.

I was continuously rang by an Asian sounding male, calling himself "Sean smith" and claiming to be from the citizens advice beuro. I basically called him a liar, and asked him to take my number off of his system. He refused, and continued to call me numerous times, some withholding number, some not. Some calls I answered, but didn t talk, carried on like normal, some calls I let ring out. Do not trust whoever it is.

Two days running. Twice today. say are from Microsoft and talk about computer being infected with spyware.

I do this as we have nothing to hide. We operate strictly by the Market Research Society guidelines. We do not call anyone outside the hours of 9.30am to 9pm Monday to Friday or during the day on a Saturday. We sometimes call on a Sunday between 10am and 5pm depending on work volumes.
