SPAM "Hello sir, I'm calling from O2...... " I hung up!!
Asian accented male claimed to be from mobile supplier, asked which service I was with and what handset. Hung up without comment when I asked him to repeat the company name he alleged to represent
The male voice said they were calling from my bank to inform me that a large sum of money had been sent abroad and a purchase had been made on Amazon. The instructions were to press number 1 or 3 to speak to someone. At this poit I hung up.
An Indian sounding man said he was from one of the newest UK 'Habits companies' and wanted to ask me about my habits. Told him I knew he was a scammer and he hung up before I could finish my sentence! As well as my phone number he had my name and address which he said was obtained from public available data - very worrying!

Claimed to be 3.com I don't use that service. All they typical traits of spam/scam call were present. Avoid.

Missed call - Has called me on numerous times, never leaves any messages. I have no idea who this is other than I can see its a London Number. As I dont know who's calling me, I dont answer - right pain, I cant seem to find out who is calling me.

01213890166 said it was Sky asking if I have problems with my VPN blah blah blah. Wanted me to check everything that's connected internet then asked me to open google. All I could hear in background was a busy room of people doing same thing. Didn't feel legitimate at all so hung up, can't be that important because never called back

I attended interview with Irish water on April 2023. I got a call verified my name and disconnected. With Google, I found the landline number belong to Irish Water Leeds office.

01268395512 - Definitely a spam call. They asked my name 3 times which i did not confirm, 3 times i asked who they were, they gave a garbled response and when i asked the nature of the call they hung up.

SCAM. An Asian sounding man who called himself Simon called me to say my washing machine warranty had run out. Seeing as our washing machine is about 15 or more years old I do not doubt it. I told him not to try and scam me as I had had these sort of calls before, and hung up. I have since blocked the number.

This is a scam. They phoned me on my (not a smart) mobile. An automated American voice stated they were from HMRC informing me that I owed money and they were sending the dept collectors around. To discuss this matter further and settle the debt I should press; 1. Problem is, I did my Tax Return in April and don't owe any tax. I've not owed tax for years. SCAM be careful as this number purports to be from BT and my IP Internet address has been compromised possibly by the Russians or Chinese and could be used for money laundering. When I said I only used Internet for my television he got annoyed and wanted to speak with my husband! Said no husband, so he closed conversation and said he'd call back!!
SCAM Caller 'Siobhan' on 03332420495 stating from Taylor Stirling Legal. This company is dissolved. The call was a scam attempt to extract personal data. Rang off as soon as the realised they were rumbled and I was running reverse tracing on them. South African IP and call number spoofing. Beware, very clever question structure to get you to reveal sensitive data.

The number 01736 735261 called me about 10.30am 28/06/23 and it was a recorded message from an International Banking service stating I had made a payment of £300 to Amazon and £1100 to another provider. Told me to press 1 if correct and 2 to speak with an adviser. Pressed 2 and answered by "This is Officer Stephen, how can I help". When I asked which organisation he represented the phone went dead.
