Called me and hung up immediately the ansaphone cut in. Tried calling them back but got a message that the number dialled had not been recognised. I suspect that it s a Skype type call from a foreign country - they usually come up with a number that looks like a uk STD code but could be from anywhere in the world.

Scam call. Indian caller claiming to be from Sky saying router has been compromised and needs remote access to fix it.

Claimed to be from Talk talk but hung up when I said I'd already had 3 calls from them

I have witnessed family getting harassment calls, invoices and debt collection threats from these stupid people. The magazine they claim to place ads in, is also aware of their scam and of course has no arrangement with them whatsoever. Report them to Trading Standards and Action Fraud and if they send letters, ignore them but keep a record of them so that when they do get caught (a matter of time) you can contribute evidence if required. Received several phonecalls from this number. Unknown how they got my number, however the call is unwelcome and I usually do not answer. However this time I called back to tell them to remove my number from their database. The operator said he would do so.

Trustworthy caller - calling regarding a case that I had raised with an energy provider.

this is company completely aggressive I assume I report them trading standards if my phone will not removed from their list.

Had several calls that I let ring out. Only answered so they d stop calling. Guy, said he was a representative of EE offering me deals. Lot of noise in the background, he got interrupted by something chiming very loudly. Listened to his spiel and politely explained I wasn t interested and took it well, until I mentioned that I couldn t afford one of the products he was offering that I was actually interested in and he rather rudely told me I should get a better paid job. Wow, i won 2 million! Block this number!!! Do NOT call or text them, and don t email them either.

They called my mobile and left a message for me to phone with meter readings (even though I sumitted them on-line in last 30 days). They get paid for each reading, without them collecting it. So my energy provider has increased costs(passed onto the customer) to receive something they already have. I ll save costs for me and my provider by submitting on-line.

I received a call this afternoon from David from London Police Station informing me that fraudulent transcations are taking place in my account (approx. ?3100) and it would be best for me to relocate my funds into safe keepings.
