SCAM. This # called and my phone indicated that it was an international call but looking it up it on the internet it appears to have come from the same area in Manchester that a lot of calls are coming from. My # seems to have got on some hacked list that has gone to every scammer. This time the message did not say who it was but said to press a key number if I wanted to cancel a subsciption of £9.99. I don't recognise the caller's number or a subscription of that amount.

Cold called today from this number saying they were given our road traffic accident details by NFU to settle the remainder of money owed to me under a Discomfort payment, even though there was no personal injuries in the accident. I couldn't tell hardly a word this character was saying. Sounded like a long distance call from India whilst he was wearing a big steel bucket on his head! I did pick one word which was "handset" at which I ended the call. My number is registered with the TPS but, as usual, that was a waste of time.
