0345 351 0192 called me twice at 08.50 and 09.00 hours. I answered the second call and got a recorded message (which gave my first name wrong, called me Michaela not Nicola!). Saying they were Lloyd’s Bank and inviting me to press any button to speak to someone about fraud on my account. I DO NOT HAVE A LLOYDS ACCOUNT! Indian accented woman, asking whether I was on benefits as I was apparently entitled to a "free heating system". Obvious robocall, as it started initially with silence on the line, then they asked a Yes/No question about whether I was on benefits, and repeated it when I asked where they were calling from. Immediately hung up after I asked a second time. Likely scam, given the other comments here.
Sounded a bit dangerous like it was masking a London landline number but clearly from abroad with a bad line, thick Indian accent and delayed responses. Claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse and started offering a lot of too good to be true offers without even saying what mobile network they were representing. I hung up.
