Name of company was something or other polls. Caller had a heavy Asian accent and I think he has called many times before for different companies. Said he wanted to ask me only four questions about my use of brands but his first question was to confirm my address, at which point I hung up.

I didn t answer but by the looks of what everyone else has written, I intend to block the number.

They re trying to sell you hold music and messages for your phone system. They claim they work with suppliers associated with your company and state they want to work on a big project with you and your supplier. Obviously a lot of Google bashing goes on before they phone you. They refuse to speak to anyone or tell you anything unless they re speaking to the owner / managing director of the company. Usual stuff. Today i asked them to hold the line while I find the details. Set the timer and put the phone on mute. I ve had them wait for as long as 10 minutes before. The more time I waste the less they harass somebody else.

I Had tried applying for a payday loan and stupidly put my phone number out there so now im being bombarded with calls from this number it called me 3 times before i answered spoke to an indian man who was very rude and stated "did u just hang up on me" to then him go through my details which he must of picked up from another site, said his senior financial accounts officer would call back. I got a call back from this man and again he was very rude and had an indian accent possibly the same man if im honest
