Fraud: This was a text received stating someone was trying to change recipient details on an HSBC account and they wanted me to confirm details and authenticity. However, I have not had an HSBC account for more than 4 years. Please report the number to your phone carrier and apply the normal block and spam filter to the number. SCAM SCAMMER... This is from a female Facebook Profile that is OBVIOUSLY a scam... Poorly written profile, no clear face pics, but sexy pics of a girl. Says they are from "The UK". Says they work one place, live another, work in another. They even messaged saying "Hello, my name is Mark"..... I copied and pasted in a number from another scam message = they actually replied too...!!!!!!
I have the TruCaller App (Free version) it notifies you of scams, etc before you answer. I will be using this on my new phone, it s a great little App and instantly told me this was a PPI scam. I recommend this App to anyone, and I blocked this number straight away. All numbers TruCaller checks against a huge database of Blaclisted phone numbers.

SCAM / SPAM Called me using a computer generated voice claiming to be from the HMRC. Claimed there was tax fraud in my name. Said if I didn't press 1 immediately to speak to someone an arrest warrant would be issued in my name. At this point I burst out laughing and cut the call!
