I've been called 2 days in a row. Says it's a nameless bank concerned about 2 charges on my bank card. One for £300 and one for £3000. The number is not recognized when rung back. This is a scam. Please be careful and do not give any information.
PPI claims. They sounded pretty desperate to me.

Also similar number called me recently (01158240559 with pension review offers), probably the same marketing company? don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active... I'm from Norway so don't really want to deal with a London based company when it comes to finance. Strong foreign accent asking me to confirm my name and address. I asked where got his information from. He proceeded to tell me he was doing a survey on household appliances. I asked again where he got his information from as I am TPS registered and ex directory. Also told him that I do not appreciate being questioned by unsolicited phone calls. He said something along the lines of, "Oh, TPS, this won't happen again". Very hard to understand fully. Suspect some sort of scam.

Rings constantly pretending to be talk talk. As an X talk talk customer I have challenged them on this and the caller will just go quiet and hang up. Often I just hang up and sometimes they will ring straight back and hang up on me - as if almost to get back at me!! Will not stop calling. Need reporting
