Pertaining to be from UK Service Plan. They informed me that I had been with them since 2014. I am pretty sure that is not correct as I have never had any insurance other than makers warranty on any white goods. Anyway, they said they would send through those documents. Claimed to be barclaycard calling about a refund which was processed through my payment acceptance facility. Left a voicemail asking me to call them back on a premium rate number. Seemed very professional but I do not deal eith barclays whatsoever.
