Just had the second call today and about the 4th this week. Every time I answer there is a pause and then they ring off. Very odd and hugely annoying
Female caller asks whether I ve been in an accident (FYI - this is not a real person, just a very cleverly recorded message that is only triggered by the words Hello and Yes ) put through to a bloke asking whether I d been in an car accident...pretended to not hear him very well and wound him up a bit before he put the phone down on me!
Keep ringing if you answer they keep you on phone no matter what you say , if you ask them not to phone back they still do just had my 20th phone call told them I was reporting them for harassing phone calls !!!! Rang me back with silent call and cut phone off report them !

SCAM This number is toxic. Found on landline bill 3 times totalling £21. I did not not make the calls. Tried ringing it on PAYG mobile to find out who it was. Was instantly charged £7. I would dearly like to know the identity of the criminal.

SCAM Claiming to be from the HMRC. Speaking with an Indian accent. Claimed I owed £35000 in unpaid taxes and that this has been logged at my local court house. I gave him a false name. and he could not confirm any information about me, as it was confidential!! What a load of rubbish. Now blocked, but still getting voice mails left.

Another call from a scammer telling me he is from Virgin Media and the reason for his call is because I am having problems with my broadband he claims that it is running slow and that's why he is calling me today so he tells me to press the windows flag key and the letter R which brings up the run box as in the first picture then he tells me to type in eventvwr in the run box then press the OK BUTTON on the Run box which then brings up the Administrative events as in picture 2 then he tells me to highlight

This is a scam caller pretending to be from a Lyca phone provider offering cheap contracts, the company they are pretending to be are Mobiles.co.uk. They tried offering me a £35 contact for 24 months for a Samsung S23 ultra, which was too good to be true worked out at (£840.00). I explained I did not trust cold callers, so they asked me for an email address. They sent me the email which looked genuine. But it had a different number to the one one the official website. I had a financial review meeting booked via Cpr. I found the whole process to be very good. The appointment was booked and confirmed by Cpr then the advisor. Will full FCA authorisation. Giving me all the information I needed to check the firm out before the meeting. The advisor has sorted out my old pensions, poor performing investments and sorted out I seriously underinsured, in relation to my mortgage, something I would never have known. Very worthwhile. 100% not a nuisance call or scam

This number keeps calling my elderly mother pretending its about a loan she had. They keep providing her with info like date of birth, asking her to confirm expecting her to provide the correct one. When I ring this number it says it is an old number. My 11 year old was with her when they last called and he said they were very pushy and kept asking her to confirm bank details.
