Silent call. Received a call from (07458 148209) on my mobile, although very few people know my mobile number. When I managed to answer there was nothing to be heard from the caller's end so I assumed it was some dodgy scammer. Very elaborate work scam. This phone number will text saying there is a position in a US company to optimise apps. The website seems legit but once you do all they say. They will ask you to send them money to unblock the cryptomomey. Dont do it and report it.

rang on our landline but we have call screening, didn't announce who they were or leave a message so can't be anything important or anyone we know as known contacts are listed.
The automated call says its from HMRC. It's designed to frighten you into selecting the option to be connected to a call centre. I didn't take it any further as it was clearly a very nasty, aggressive attempt to initiate a scam.

Caller claimed to be from the Green Advice Centre. Might be legit, but I was in the middle of something, so just said that I didn't have time to talk. My number is registered with TPS and this was an unsolicited call.
