Scammer - claiming to be from BT internet. Was requesting that I give remote access to my laptop by running some remote viewer program. My internet connection is not supplied by BT so I strung them along as long as possible leaving them hanging on whilst I did other jobs - if they are wasting time with me they are having less time to scam others.

Annoying calls on mobile, and hang up when answered.
Athough called approx 3or 4 pr day for about 2 weeks now, they still ring. No idea who they are, so annoyed they continue to attempt to call. I did try to call the number to find out who it was, but received the message that the number had been blocked. Received another call today and saw a message (presumably my service provider whether I wanted to leave a message to the caller. NO ! I don t want to engage with them I just want the scum to stop harassing myself & others. Personally a 9 rating is too low =

The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. I am going to contact ofcom and ofgem to see if they can do anything regarding this business as the manager I spoke to called me an idiot as well as F****ng hitler. As with the comments above I received two calls from HMRC saying they were filing a lawsuit against me. I was told to press 1 to speak to a case officer who had a strong Indian accent, asked me to spell my name and confirm my address (which I didnt and put the phone down).
