I called the number from my land line & its possibly a company called something like Turn Signal. When I asked him to repeat the name he asked for my name so I hung up.

In looking up this number and reading the above info - I now realise its a dodgy number - its somehow hacked into my voicemail wanting me to enter a pincode to verify my voicemail( something I ve never ever done)This is noting to do with my present phone company - which was what I was looking to verify. This is a genuine Bank of Scotland fraud number. My husband got a text lastnight after shopping online and a phone call this morning and they have now managed to refund him the money.
They asked to speak to me, I said "speaking" and they hang up on me! They keep ringing me 5 times a day, I can't take it anymore!!
