Over the past two or three years I have told them several times not to call me, and to delete my details from their database. They state that they will and it will take a few weeks. My definition of a few weeks is roughly around a month. Their definition is obviously a lot longer - I left them about three years ago, and they still insist on calling me and sending me junk mail. SMS from Direct Line, asking for comments on a recent conversation. They did not advise what it costs to reply to their text so I deleted it. Last, and only, time I replied to one of these surveys I was charged for it despite having a package including free texts.

I have received a couple of calls from this number they say they are a company called TNSBMRB which stands for TAYLOR NELSON SOFRES BRITISH MARKET RESEARCH BUREAU they have 2 numbers to verify who they are one of which is the office managers No which is 0500 090243 the other no is the company no of 0500 396999, the 020 number is an outgoing only number, the call was regarding a survey on HMRC Taxation? Phone call offering me a new phone and contract with massive savings. When I asked question that the caller was not prepared for or on her script she became very confused. I gave her false information about my phone, contract cost and provider and asked more questions that she could not answer she hung up. Number now blocked.
