Love the way the two positive comments are very vague, especially the on from John Mac. It s blatantly obvious it is the company who have written this. They are cowboys and can kiss my brown star.

My answer machine picked up the call but message was another machine putting me on hold then dumping the call! Local area code but not listed on any of these sites!

Called twice within the hour during the evening. Nottingham code. We live hundreds of miles from there! Left answer machine to deal with it. Recorded message saying there was a power cut in our area (there was not) press a number to acknowledge we'd heard the message (we didn't). We unplugged the phone overnight as they'd said they'd let us know when the power would be back on. Odd!

Caller asked for Sammy Malik and when I said I wasn t Sammy he asked if I was Mrs Malik. He said he was from an energy company wanting to save me money on my bills but a year ago several people phoned me asking for Sammy but one of them hadn t got her speaker set properly so I could hear all her colleagues in the background asking for Sammy so it s clearly a scam. Threatened to report them to Ofcom and rang off
