This number rang me and when i answered i said "hello", heard some people talking in the background and they hung up
SCAM I have had calls from this number even though I am preferred listing registered. The caller is 'Chris, local energy supplier.' I hang up but whomever this is must be traceable if they are using a landline, surely?

Rings a couple of times, then hangs up. All times of the day. Very intrusive and a ----dy nuisance.

SPAM Called TPS registered number to see if they could sell us a website for one of the 400+ domains we have registered... we're a web development company!
tel:08438664049 - (Vietnam Nghe An) they used various numbers not sure what the category is as I don’t pick up. They are a nuisance as it ever day different times.
Stated they were from Microsoft and tried to get me to enter a command into my dos system on my laptop stating my system was being illegally used Actually the call came from 01...
Called me at 2pm. Car accident i was (not) involved in. Caller couldn t tell me my own name, appeared to be automated as I heard "that s what I thought, thank you" before hanging up which was out of context to my question.
