Ask politely for a refound and she will issue a check by post. You can find these info on the companies house website on gov.uk. It's interesting that she's almost 2 years late with Annual reports and the companies house almost dissolved the company on June '16 . Hope this scam to end as soon as possible

If you call this number you can get through to someone who said they would remove me .... let s see what happens.
