PPI call from 1st Call and kept on insisting they are based in Manchester (actually they are calling from South Africa), and was told that I was owed some sort of money from my bank. I have told these callers in no uncertain terms to remove my number from the database immediately, but was told that they didn t want to and they were going to call me everyday. My number has been ghosted, spoofed, cloned, call it what you will, it is not me, its probably scammers or cold callers, I will always leave a message if it was me who called and certainly wont hang up after two rings.
