I would guess spam. Supposedly from BT and internet. Gave list of instructions all fast and seemingly sounding professional...but as getting a number of similar calls from similar, slightly different numbers i expect the usual rubbish call
Called on several occasions on our business landline pretending to be from Yell. Somehow she had got one of our mobile numbers, she said she would ring that. I asked her not to, she said she would. A right little jumped up madam :) Hope they ring again, I'm going to have such fun!!!
said they was from amazon prime and money was due to go out of my bank...checked my amazon account and I haven t even got amazon prime set up

Caller claimed from a Research Co. wanted a Mr W**** to who this phone number is registered but who was not available. Told Jackie not to call again as the person does not take part in any form of research.

SCAM automated message telling me that a crime had been registered against me. I cut it off
SCAM / SPAM - Unknown company. They attempted to claim their monitoring software had detected a "critical driver error" on my computer. Very clearly a scam. No doubt they would have tried to get me to download something or extort money.

After a delay a recorded announcement said there was "no one available to take your call". Since they had made the call it's unclear why they would need to make the announcement. I suspect an overloaded call centre making unsolicited calls. No properly run organisation would require such a message.
