Detail description: Received call early evening. Instantly heard a lot of background call centre noise. Couldn't understand the caller very well. Was given company name but couldn't understand it. I requested to be removed from their database and never contacted again, caller was dismissive of this request. After call ended reported to ICO and here

A man with a foreign accent said he was from tps, said he was calling because of the high amount of marketing calls I had been receiving, asked me if this was right, and I said no and he told me to f### off.
