Phoned several times in the last week and this evening, Sunday! We have Call Guardian so doesn't even ring.
No one spoke
Phone blocked it as it should as calling 0843 number back costs a minimum of 40p but it can be more as it is a service number with its own charges. If you answer it you should not be charged but they generally only ring for 1 or 2 seconds so you can never get to answer it. Just a scam to get you to ring back and be charged for the privilege. I called back one once and had a recorded message, "You have been registered" and then it hung up. Charged 40 p for the useless information.
Just received a call from 07866 896292 - an automated message telling me my NI number had been used for fraud and I needed to speak to an officer immediately or risk prosecution.
