Caller was rude and the carer reported the incident and I got a call from her manager saying I made her answer the call and the carer was upset. Asked for a reference number and they gave me this number 020 81233558 to call back. Instead I called TalkTalk's number on their website who confirmed no-one fro TalkTalk had called me and this was a phishing scam.
