I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! This scam company have demanded 29 pounds cancellation charge from my dad and have sent the demand using a different company name but with the same phone number the new name is Secure Telephone Services LTD beware of these scammers!!

This person called stating he was from RBS calling on behlaf of The Service Issue and Voice Team checking the validity of the phone number stating that my numnber had called RBS on numerous occasions. Just be careful people as I don t what this creature wanted.
