I get calls in a morning and the caller will not announce themselves on my "call guardian", I've tried calling back, and get a message saying the number does not exist?
Pretty sure we were just phished from this number, treat with caution

Not sure who they are because they keep ringing me when I am driving so I drop the call. Very annoying because all they do is try again a few minutes later. I have blocked them.
It was a recorded message with a very polite womans voice stating she was from bank security advising that there was two suspicious transactions from my account one was £300 pound from Amazon and the other was a card transaction from abriad of £1300. The recorded message then asked me to press ONE to speak to an advsor. I hung up the phone immediately and called 1471 the call was timed at 1345 hrs on 26-01-2023,

Difficult to hold a sensible conversation, transpired person wanted to make a case for selling wall and roof insulation. 01135 191840 WARNING - DANGEROUS SCAM! It's a computer dialling numbers in sequence to sniff out voice lines. If you speak then the line is detected as 'a voice phone line' and logged, a scammer will then call you later! If you don't recognize the number calling - DON'T SPEAK FIRST, JUST LISTEN. If you don't hear anything and after a short pause the line goes dead, then you have just successfully escaped being scammed! Well done. THESE CALLS ARE HARASSING AND ALWAYS POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS!

FrI was caught out by this today. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. They applied just enough pressure when the texts to change my account detail came in that I didn't have time to read them properly. Thankfully, I read them after the call and got straight on to O2 to change

Said he was from amazon calling about my order, from India. I said i don't have anything on order with Amazon. he said fucking idiot listen to me.. I ended the call!
SCAM Received a text from this number supposedly from Sky. It stated they were unable to take my payment this month and my services will be stopped. It even provided a link to update my details. I haven’t had Sky since 2007 so I hope they haven’t been able to take a payment! :D Don’t click on the link, it’s not Sky; it’s a scam looking to get your bank details.
