Claims to be from HMRC. A text-to-speech program tell you, your name has been linked to fraudulent activity. If you don't press 1 on the keypad you will be fined and charged immediately. They of course don't actually know your name. When you press 1 an American accented person tells you to hold on the line, then some terrible classical music starts to play whilst you're on hold. I didn't wait very long until I hung up. I lasted 4 minutes until I decided it was possibly fraudulent itself.

Suspect this will allow them to take over your phoneline or charge something through the call or something like that. have just answered a call to my mobile from this number - female caller asked for me by name and said that she was phoning from Crystal Solutions regarding debt. She went on to ask if I had any debts or money worries. She had a foreign accent, although I couldnt decide if it was american, caribbean or asian, and due to the noisy background it was very difficult to make out exactly what she was saying.
