I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). When I politely declined, the caller said (as they hung up) "Fuck you, fuck you in the face". Which may well have been the only genuine thing about the call. Out of curiosity, I called the (Bristol) number back, but the person who answered said they hadn't used their phone this morning (and sounded nothing like the first caller). 64057 is the number to text to STOP reciving messages from We Buy Any Car.com On my network, O2 this is rated as a premium rate number/service so I was charged 13p to opt out. I dont know if other mobile providers recognise this number as a premium rate number or not. WBAC stated that they operate this as a free service and the cost charged is from O2 in my instance. I know its not a biggie - but strange to be charged.
recorded message saying my card had been used today for suspicious payments of £300 and £1350 today. Then asked me to press 1to cancel payments and a couple of other options. I terminated the call. Obviously a fraud/scam as no indication of which card was involved.

I am in Greece and have a Greek mobile. I had a missed call from this number. As we have UK-based clients I called the number back and the bakery had no idea what I was talking about! I have come across this before with UK numbers, can a third party somehow hijack a landline number?

Banking Call from Indian sounding lady, says was calling from a business called Block Chain about my investments. I have no investments wit this company so asked her to remove me from her contact list immediately. She asked me to listed to her about the investments but when I repeated to remove me from their contact lists the call was dropped.

SCAM This is a proper scam. They are pretending to be ee and they are trying to give you an update. They knew some bits about me when they called but I got suspicious when they started asking for bank details. They changed my account password and ordered an iPhone 14. I called ee straight after I spoke to them as I was suspicious. It turns out they even changed my email as I couldn’t access my account anymore!!!!!!!
Called from a very busy call centre, couldn't really hear them... when I explained that this was the case they immediately hung up. Pathetic.

A call was made to my phone on 3rd of April from this the number 09036946928. I called the number back to see who it was for about 14 seconds but recieved no response. Later I relaised I was charged by my phone compny for +£6. My operator told me that the call to number 09036946928 is a preimum rate call. Now, I am keen to find out who they are and who this phone number belong to and what netweork operates this number. Please advise if you have any information.
