PRANKDIAL.COM. It is not from an app, but a website. Hence why it is always the same number. It is someone you know who is putting your number in and they can hear your conversation with the machine!!! I had this done to me this morning. This phone number has called me a few times, previously when I pick it up, the person hangs up. Today someone spoke in a foreign language and I hung up.
No reply when my answer phone kicked in so just must have been a nuisance call!!!

Really nasty, threatening scam from this number. The message said HMRC had a tax fraud case listed against my name and I should press 1 to connect to the HMRC investigating officer to discuss the case. It then went on to say that if I didn't I would be arrested for tax fraud - I knew it was not true but some people could be really scared and stressed by this horrible scam.
