Obviously a call centre as we have answer machine no message left. As we did not recognize the number we left it to ring if urgent for them to speak to us they would surely have left a message. On looking at the location it could also be a scam/spam call even for fraud.
Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message so now blocked.

They got really angry when they kept asking me to confirm the account number. It feels so good wasting their time when then had full intentions of wasting myne / whilst trying to rob me blind . Received a WhatsApp message from this number claiming to be someone who has just immigrated to the UK. In the WhatsApp contact details it says that the number is a business account but it also has a comment saying it isn’t a business account. Very dubious. Suspect a phishing scam

This number is not secure, it is scammers pretending to be from O2, offering a 50% discount off your monthly bill. Tempting, obviously. They say a text will be sent to confirm this, followed by another text with a code to activate the offer. They will then ask you to repeat the code to them BUT doing this will allow them to take control over your account and possibly other info on your phone. Something didn't feel right so when they rang back for the code I didn't answer but googled O2 scams. Beware.
It's a great company...very helpful company.
