Said she was from 1st Call, wanted to know if I had a boiler and launched into scam speech, told them I was registered with TPS, they hung up. I kept the line open to pee them off, hopefully they won t bother again. Don t even enter into a conversation, just repeat "where did you get my number, I m with TPS, I m reporting u", they will hang up.

Was called by this company re a minor RTA I had a few months ago and was told there was a pot of money waiting for me if I proceeded with a personal injury claim. As some above - calling in regards to debt seeking someone who has never lived at this address. We suffered from repeated calls of the same nature from MacKenzie Hall / PRA Group for years and once we managed to get PRA to stay on the phone long enough to give an address wrote to them explaining the situation and demanding they cease harassment. That worked for approx 12 months until 8am this morning when calls for the same wrong person resumed. Presumably - knowing that the contact details are incorrect -

Strange as the phone rang for a while but I could not get to it so I did a 1471 and got the number and rang them back, after a while it was picked up and it sounded like an office but no one spoke I said hello a couple of times to silence then a man said hello who is this? I replied I had a missed call from you but I don't know your number he said you have had no calls off me. I have triple checked and it was this number.
