The Company names they give are Web Security Global, Microsoft 24 Security Support and Web Expert Security – ALL ARE non-existent. These callers are persistent, aggressive and thoroughly unpleasant. This number called me onto my Australian mobile phone questioning my pension on when I used to live in the UK. They knew my name and that I moved to Australia in recent years. They asked whether I was interested to manage my pension with them. Then they asked whether I was interested in buying a house and that they would manage my mortgage for me. It was a lady with an old bitch Karen voice. I wish them jail for eternity. Someone is using this number to fuck people over. Go and get a job scumbags.

Fraud: This was a text received stating someone was trying to change recipient details on an HSBC account and they wanted me to confirm details and authenticity. However, I have not had an HSBC account for more than 4 years. Please report the number to your phone carrier and apply the normal block and spam filter to the number. This number called with message about "every house needs to be done by 2016" plus "we are in your area" last week - some solar panel scam. Didn t answer - the message is recorded on my answerphone. Same message from 01316483485 yesterday - same result. This lot have probably rented fake numbers from a major phone company which offers them on its web site. Some firms offer call centres numbers which give the person called the idea that it is a local call.
SCAM. Automated message claiming to be HMRC and states that there is a tax warrant out in your name. Asks you to press 1 and threatens that if you don't a 'warrant' for your arrest will be issued right away. If anyone who is involved in these types of SCAMS read this - I hope you realise that you are a massive CUNT.

Called my mobile and then landline number and a man with a Liverpool accent said they had been passed my details and they were calling about an accident I d had. Told him I hadn t and they should not have my details and to remove them from their lists and also told him that both numbers registered with TPS so will report them.
Believe this is a scam, caller said from Amazon to activate Amazon Prime for £79.99 . HANG UP, asks for access to your computer.

Rang once, couldn t understand name of company but heard PPI, so put phone down, rang back immediately and the male operative said, "Why did you put the phone down", I replied, "Cos I m not interested". He answered, "Interested in what" in an angry tone, so I just said, "In whatever you re selling" and hung up again. The phone then rang again immediately and I didn t answer. Didn t like the tone of the call at all, or appreciate being rung back a further twice.
