I just block and ignore as we have a letter stating arrears have been cleared which lcs dont seem interested in.

"Investing advice" (? seemed really shady to me), caller wanted me to go to a website (edufintech.org or something like that) and wouldn't tell me what was the point of his call. Had to hang up with the caller still talking (wouldn't take a polite "thanks, but no thanks and have a nice day." = typical aggressive telemarketing?).
